- Preheat the oven to 200 °. Wash all vegetables. Peel the garlic and chop. Cut potatoes, onions and tomatoes into thin slices 4 to 5 mm thick.
- Stir the garlic with the suneli hops and parsley, add 4 – 5 teaspoons of vegetable oil, salt to taste.
- Grease a baking dish with oil. Lay out the first layer onion rings, then potatoes, then tomatoes and again potatoes. Spread the mixture of spices and oil on top and distribute well with a brush.
- Bake in the oven 30 to 40 minutes until the potatoes are cooked.
