- Turn on and preheat the oven to 220 °. Potato is good wash with a brush. Peel the garlic. Cut large potatoes slices. Grate the garlic.
- Put the potatoes in a bowl, put the garlic on top, salt, pepper to taste. Add 1 to 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil to taste.
- Mix everything well, transfer to a baking dish and put the potatoes in a preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes before readiness.
