Tasty and fragrant home-made zrazy with oven mushroom stuffing. Tip. One use case for potatoes, cooked yesterday. Can be made for future use and stored in the refrigerator, and then immediately into the oven. You can add your favorite spices to the filling, so the dish will be even more interesting. Zrazy can be sprinkled with cheese.

- We put a pot of water on the fire, warm.
- Meanwhile, peel potatoes, carrots, mushrooms and onions, rinse with water.
- Cut potatoes into arbitrary pieces, onions and champignons finely chop
three carrots on a grater.
- Dip the potatoes in a pan with hot water and boil until readiness, before the end of cooking, salt to taste. We drain the water mashed pusher, cool.
- Put the onion in a preheated pan greased with oil, fry for 3 minutes, add carrots and fry everything together on low heat to translucency of onion and soft carrots. Ready put the overcooking in a bowl to cool.

- Mix the ingredients for the filling: mushrooms and onions with carrots, check for taste, if necessary, add salt.
- From mashed potatoes we form 2 flat cakes the size of half palms each, 0.5 cm thick. We put in the middle of one cake 1-1.5 teaspoons toppings
and top with a second flat cake, level the potato ball-shaped dough.
- We clean the prepared zrazy for 30 minutes in the freezer.
- Set the oven to warm up to 200 degrees, line the baking sheet parchment, grease with oil.
- After 30 minutes, spread the zrazy on a baking sheet and set bake in the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees to formation of a golden crust.
- Serve aromatic zrazy with mushrooms hot with vegetables, decorate greens and add sour cream, creamy green onion sauce or sour cream cheese cream sauce.
