  1. Wash the potatoes well and put in the peel on fire, boil until cooked in salted water. Chilled Boiled peel the potatoes.
  2. Grind hard cheese through a fine grater.
  3. Prepared potatoes cut across into 2 parts. Bottom trim for stability.
  4. Use a teaspoon to cut out a small depression, not damaging the bottom.
  5. Drive an egg into each half of the potato.
  6. Put potatoes with eggs in a ceramic mold for baking.
  7. Lightly salt and pepper.
  8. Sprinkle with grated hard cheese and put in the oven on fifteen minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees (bake until golden color).
  9. Serve the finished dish with green salad and tomato sauce.
