- Wash the potatoes well and put in the peel on fire, boil until cooked in salted water. Chilled Boiled peel the potatoes.
- Grind hard cheese through a fine grater.
- Prepared potatoes cut across into 2 parts. Bottom trim for stability.
- Use a teaspoon to cut out a small depression, not damaging the bottom.
- Drive an egg into each half of the potato.
- Put potatoes with eggs in a ceramic mold for baking.
- Lightly salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle with grated hard cheese and put in the oven on fifteen minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees (bake until golden color).
- Serve the finished dish with green salad and tomato sauce.
