  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, wrap in foil and bake 40 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 200-220 C

  2. Chop onion and mushrooms into small cubes and fry on butter. Cool.
  3. Grated cheese with garlic, mix with egg, sour cream and spices. Add onion with mushrooms, mix thoroughly.
  4. Chill the baked potatoes. Cut across in half. Remove the core with a spoon. Leave the edges with a wall thickness of 6-8 mm
  5. Turn out the pulp into mashed potatoes, mix with the cheese mass.
  6. The resulting mass to stuff the potato halves.
  7. Send the stuffed halves on the foil back to the oven. Bake at a temperature of 180-200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
