Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1.2 kg potatoes, peel and cut into thin slices
- 1 tbsp. grated cheddar cheese
- 1/3 Art. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 4 cloves of garlic, chop
- 1 tbsp. l flour
- Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers
- 3 tbsp. (10%) nonfat cream
- 1-2 tsp smoked paprika
- 3 tbsp. l (45 gr.) Butter

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 C. Grease the baking dish 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Melt in a pan 2 tablespoons of butter. Add shallots and garlic, cover and fry until softening, 3-4 minutes. Add, stirring, flour and fry, until golden color, about 2 minutes. Salt and pepper pour in, stirring the cream constantly, add the smoked paprika and potatoes. Put out for 5 minutes.
- Put half the potatoes in a baking dish in one layer, sprinkle with half of each cheese. Then lay out the layer again potatoes and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Cover the mold with foil and bake for 60 minutes. 15 minutes before ready, remove the foil and continue to bake until golden brown.
