- 700 gr. pork tenderloin, cut into 4 pieces
- 700 gr. young red potato with peel cut in half
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into cubes (about 2.5 cm.)
- 2 tsp fresh thyme
- 1.5 tbsp. l olive oil
- Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers
- 1 tbsp. apple sauce
- 1/4 Art. nonfat sour cream
- A little fresh grated nutmeg

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat oven to 190 C. Mix in a shallow form for baking potatoes and bell peppers with thyme, 1 tbsp. l olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, pepper to taste. Put in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix the apple sauce in a small bowl, sour cream and nutmeg, set aside.
- Beat off the pieces of pork, dry and grate with salt and pepper. Heat a large skillet with the remaining olive oil, and brown the pork at medium-high temperature on all sides, about 6 minutes. Place the pork in a baking dish to vegetables and continue to bake, another 15 to 20 minutes. Shift pork on a cutting board and allow to melt for 5 minutes, cut slices.
