  1. We wash the pork neck, rub it with salt. Parsley and dried finely chop the mushrooms. We put the oven 180 degrees.

  2. In a bowl, send chopped dried mushrooms with parsley, add seasoning for pork, vegetable oil and well mix.

  3. Rub the prepared neck with a fragrant mushroom mixture, wrap in foil, put in the form and put in the oven at 50 minutes.

  4. We take out the fragrant pork neck, leave it in foil for 10 minutes, cut and immediately serve.
