  1. In a bowl, mix chopped rosemary leaves, finely chopped garlic, ground coriander, paprika, dill seeds, onion powder and salt. Wash pork ribs, soak in paper towels and rub generously with the prepared mixture.

  2. Spread the ribs in spices in a mold, cover with foil and cool at least 6 hours. Take the pickled ribs out refrigerator and put without foil in the oven, previously preheated to 160 degrees for 2.5 hours.

  3. Spice ribs will slowly bake, preserving juices inside, and the meat will be very juicy and tender, melting in your mouth. We take out the fragrant ribs, cut them into the bones and serve with green vegetable salad and fresh bread.
