Baked Pork Pate

A great recipe for making home-made baked pasta from pork meat and liver with marjoram and garlic. Meat pre-boil, grind with raw liver and bake under a layer of whipped proteins. It is prepared very simply and tasty.

  1. We wash the pork liver, cut into medium pieces and pour water for 1 hour.

  2. Cut the pork fillet into medium slices, carrots and onions – in half. Put everything in boiling water, add salt, ground pepper, bay leaf and simmer for 60 minutes. Cool meat.

  3. In a meat grinder (nozzle with minimum holes) 3 times skip the liver with boiled meat or chop in portions in blender.

  4. Add chopped chicken yolks to the prepared mixture garlic, ground pepper, salt and mix. The mixture should be slightly liquid, so if you need to bring to the right consistency, add the broth.
  5. Deep rectangular 30 cm long. Lubricate with creamy butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Prepared mixture for paste pour into the mold, the mixture should not exceed more than 2/3 of the volume. If a does not fit into one form, divide by 2 smaller volumes.

  6. In a bowl, beat the whites and gently spread on the meat mixture. Put the paste in the oven at 180 degrees and bake for 60 minutes.

  7. We take out the finished pork paste, let it cool completely, then send to the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

  8. We take out the fragrant baked paste from the mold, cut and serve on the table.
