Pork with a layer of fat and liver are cut into medium pieces, onion – finely, chop the garlic through a press.

Fry the onion in oil, add the liver, meat, bay leaf, fry over high heat for 4-5 minutes, pour in water to cover cover, cook and simmer over medium heat for 40 minutes. In 10 minutes add the garlic before cooking. Cool and spread chopped bun.
