  1. Pork with a layer of fat and liver are cut into medium pieces, onion – finely, chop the garlic through a press.

  2. Fry the onion in oil, add the liver, meat, bay leaf, fry over high heat for 4-5 minutes, pour in water to cover cover, cook and simmer over medium heat for 40 minutes. In 10 minutes add the garlic before cooking. Cool and spread chopped bun.

  3. We pass the meat, liver and bread in the broth through a meat grinder, add eggs, ground pepper, salt and mix well.

  4. Salo (you can take salted or smoked) cut into thin stripes.
  5. Rectangular small shapes (if not, you can take a large one for bread) line with strips of bacon and lay the prepared mixture.

  6. Cover the top with strips of bacon and put in the oven at 180 degrees for 2 hours.

  7. We take out the finished fragrant paste, give in the form completely cool, send to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, then remove from the mold, cut and serve on the festive table or as a snack with bread and hot drinks.
