  1. Pour water into a large pot. Release the shank there carrots, onions, bay leaves, a mixture of peppers.
  2. Bring to a boil, descale and let cook on low heat for 2.5-3 hours. In the middle of cooking do not forget to salt.
  3. Pass the garlic into a bowl through a press, add to it mustard and sour cream, mix everything well.
  4. After cooking time, put the shank on the mold for bake, grease with cooked mixture and put in preheated early oven to 200 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Baked pork shank is ready, you can serve with baked potatoes or fresh vegetables. Enjoy your meal.
