Wash pork ham without skin, rub with salt, ground pepper and seasoning for pork. We send the prepared piece into oil and fry from all sides to a brown crust over medium heat. We remove in a baking dish.

Chop the leek into small pieces, peeled celery root – slices, carrots – circles, all sent to the oil after ham, salt, pepper and fry for 4-5 minutes, stirring.
