  1. Wash pork ham without skin, rub with salt, ground pepper and seasoning for pork. We send the prepared piece into oil and fry from all sides to a brown crust over medium heat. We remove in a baking dish.

  2. Chop the leek into small pieces, peeled celery root – slices, carrots – circles, all sent to the oil after ham, salt, pepper and fry for 4-5 minutes, stirring.

  3. Fried vegetables are placed around the ham, pour water (0.5 liter), pour everything with oil from the pan, cover with foil and put in the oven for 1 hour 30 minutes. After 1 hour, we look if the liquid has evaporated, add more.

  4. We take out the juicy pork ham, let it stand for 10 minutes, cut it put into pieces on a large plate with baked vegetables and serve on the table.
