- Pour the polenta with water, cook for half an hour, stirring, salt, cool.
- Wash and peel the vegetables. Leave a little red pepper cut the rest into cubes.

- Cover the baking dish with baking paper, pre-oiled with butter.
- Combine polenta with vegetables, grated cheese, paprika, zest, mix well.
- Put the resulting mass into the mold in an even layer.
- Garnish with coarsely chopped pending red pepper, put in preheated oven to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool slightly in the oven. Serve warm.
