  1. Pour the polenta with water, cook for half an hour, stirring, salt, cool.
  2. Wash and peel the vegetables. Leave a little red pepper cut the rest into cubes.
  3. Fry thyme in a pan with oil, add onions, fry until transparency, followed by pepper, later – zucchini, fry three more minutes, stirring.
  4. Cover the baking dish with baking paper, pre-oiled with butter.
  5. Combine polenta with vegetables, grated cheese, paprika, zest, mix well.
  6. Put the resulting mass into the mold in an even layer.
  7. Garnish with coarsely chopped pending red pepper, put in preheated oven to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool slightly in the oven. Serve warm.
