  1. We wash the pink salmon fillet, dry it, put it on a baking sheet with with foil skin down, salt and pepper. We send to the blender bowl softened butter, grated cheese, peeled slices garlic, sprigs of parsley and dill. Squeeze the juice of orange.

  2. Grind well and get a green sauce. We put the oven on 210 degrees.

  3. Grease prepared halves of pink salmon fillet and green sauce set in the oven for 15 minutes.
