  1. If we use whole fish for cooking, then we clear viscera, wash, cut into large bones in half, remove the big bone, and use tweezers to remove the small ones. Cut the prepared fillet into pieces.

  2. Cut circles from baking paper (should be 2 times larger pieces of fish), cut the lemon into circles. On one side of the circles place pink salmon out of paper, sprinkle with salt, ground pepper, sprinkle with oil and cover with lemon slices.

  3. Close the second half of the paper with lemon slices and around the edges tightly collapse. Put the fish in paper on a baking sheet and set to the oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes (depending on the thickness pieces).

  4. We take out the fragrant juicy pink salmon with lemon, transfer to plates and serve on the table in paper.
