  1. In a bowl, mix 2 tbsp. tablespoons of hot water and 3 tbsp. tablespoons of honey.
  2. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. We clean the persimmons and cut on the wedges.
  3. Put the persimmons in a baking dish, sprinkle with juice lime, pour honey, add cardamom, salt and small cubes butter.
  4. We send to the oven for 50-55 minutes, periodically watering slices of juice formed at the bottom of the form.
  5. Mix yogurt and 1.5 tbsp. tablespoons of honey. Lay out in bowls or pots, spread the persimmon, pour the syrup from the mold and decorate with pistachios. Enjoy your meal!
