Another idea for a weekend family breakfast. Cook at home delicious peppers-boats can be not only for breakfast, but also in as an appetizer for dinner.

  1. Wash Bulgarian pepper, cut lengthwise into two halves, remove seeds and septum.
  2. Cover baking sheet with baking paper, grease with oil olive, lay on it halves of peppers with a slice down. Clean in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for five minutes, gently flip all the peppers and leave for another three minutes.
  3. Cook two toppings. The first is to chop melted and hard diced cheeses, fill in half the peppers. The second is to chop ham, melted cheese slices, stuff the rest of the peppers, add mustard.
  4. Put mozzarella in all the peppers and put in the oven on five minutes.
  5. Put nuts in cheese boats, pour eggs in ham. Clean the eggs in the oven for a couple of minutes.
  6. Serve with lettuce. Enjoy your meal!
