- Cook mussels for a couple of 15 minutes (it is important not to touch the mussels during boiling so that juice does not leak).
- While the mussels are cooked, we make cheese filling: three cheese on a shallow grater, add mayonnaise, Italian herbs and dry garlic, then add teriyaki sauce (I advise you to reduce the amount of sauce, 1 tbsp. it will be quite enough, because the sauce is very saturated), well mix.
- We take the mussels from the double boiler and pour the juice into a separate bowl, then we cut the leg of the mussel and remove it (it is very stiff on this it is not needed).
- Add vegetable oil to the mussel juice.
- Take 1 mussel in a shell and pour the resulting brine into it and put the cheese cap on top.
- Place the mussels on the wire rack and put in the oven for 15 minutes at 140 °.
- You do not need to salt the mussels; you can sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Mussels should be served with a slice of lemon, if desired, you can top sprinkle with lemon juice, bon appetit.
