  1. Mushrooms are cleaned. Rinse quickly so that they do not absorb excess moisture. Put the mushrooms in a deep bowl. Pour boiling water 2-3 minutes. Carefully cut and grind the legs.
  2. We clean the onion. Cut into small cubes.
  3. Fry the onion in vegetable oil. Add chopped mushroom legs and stew a little. Grind crackers. Add marjoram. Fry in a frying pan without oil until golden.
  4. We start the mushroom caps with onion and mushroom mass. Bake in oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle the prepared mushrooms with chopped dill.
