Put white bread, chopped onions in the blender bowl, garlic (3 cloves), rosemary, chopped parsley, thyme and well grind. The remaining garlic is cut into feathers.

Pour oil (1 tablespoon) into the bread mass and mix, should get a sticky mixture, if necessary, add more oil.

We wash the lamb fillet, dry it, we stuff it with garlic, we rub it salt and ground pepper. Put the prepared lamb in the mold and put in the oven at 220 degrees for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, remove the fillet and spread on top prepared bread mass.

Put the lamb in the oven for another 25 minutes, remove, cover foil and leave for 10 minutes. Ready juicy lamb with cut into a crisp, spread on a plate and serve immediately on the table.
