Wash the pork ham, dry it with paper towels, rub with chopped garlic, ground thyme, pepper, salt and put in a deep form.

Cover the prepared meat with thin slices of smoked bacon and so that the lard during baking does not slip from the meat, we fix toothpicks. Pour 1 cup of water, cover with foil and send in a preheated oven at 150 degrees for 2 hours.
