  1. Wash the legs, remove excess fat and films.
  2. We spread in a container with a lid.
  3. Salt, add a mixture of spices for meat (I have an oriental mixture).
  4. Add soy sauce and minced garlic.
  5. Mix everything well and rub into the legs.
  6. Close the lid and pickle for about 2 hours. The longer it will be pickling is tastier.
  7. Put the legs in a baking dish.
  8. Peppers are washed and cleaned. Cut into large pieces put in the form of chicken legs.
  9. Bake at 240 degrees in the “Grill” mode for about 40-45 minutes. You will need to turn the chicken legs 2-3 times to nothing burned.
