- Wash the legs, remove excess fat and films.
- We spread in a container with a lid.
- Salt, add a mixture of spices for meat (I have an oriental mixture).
- Add soy sauce and minced garlic.
- Mix everything well and rub into the legs.
- Close the lid and pickle for about 2 hours. The longer it will be pickling is tastier.
- Put the legs in a baking dish.
- Peppers are washed and cleaned. Cut into large pieces put in the form of chicken legs.
- Bake at 240 degrees in the “Grill” mode for about 40-45 minutes. You will need to turn the chicken legs 2-3 times to nothing burned.
