  1. Pour milk and sour cream into the stewpan, add all the spices. Stir gradually, bring the sauce to a boil and over low heat. boil it for 5 minutes. note that boil the sauce should over low heat, otherwise sour cream will curl up. Remove the mass from the heat, let it cool slightly, add yolk and mix again. Put the stewpan in cold a place.

  2. White fish fillet cut into small pieces, and zucchini rings or half rings (depending on its size).

  3. Add grated parmesan to the stewpan and mix everything.

  4. Take a baking dish and pour half the sauce on its bottom, then put the fish and zucchini as shown in the following photo.

  5. Top up with the rest of the sauce and put in the oven, preheated 180 degrees for 30 minutes. When serving, sprinkle the dish finely chopped parsley.
