  1. Melt butter in a saucepan, add flour, well mix. Then pour the milk gently and bring to a boil. Pour 100 g of grated cheese, mustard, salt and pepper, mix and cook a minute.
  2. Cut tomatoes into 4 parts, chop the garlic.
  3. Stew the spinach for 2 minutes in a frying pan heated with butter.
  4. Fry the garlic separately, then add the tomatoes and stew them 3 minutes.
  5. In a deep baking dish, put the tomatoes first, then fish, salt everything. Then distribute the spinach. Pour everything cooked sauce.
  6. Sprinkle the top with grated cheese and send the casserole to the preheated up to 190 ° C oven for half an hour.
