  1. Cut the fish fillet into portions medium quantities.
  2. Sprinkle the fish with the juice of half a lemon, salt and pepper. Transfer it to a baking dish.
  3. In a separate bowl stir the cream with the fish seasoning, and then pour the resulting mixture into a mold with fish.
  4. Put the form in an oven preheated to 220 degrees and bake for 25 minutes.
  5. At the end of cooking, top with breadcrumbs and put everything back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
