Baked fish in milk and egg sauce

For cooking delicious fish in milk and egg sauce at home perfect cod, telapia, halibut, haddock, pollock, catfish, and here pink salmon will be rather dry. You can take whole fish, steaks, but it is more appropriate in this case to give preference to slices of fillet. For a side dish it’s good to make mashed potatoes.

  1. Portion slices of fish fillet salt, pepper, roll in flour and lightly fry in a pan in oil.
  2. Then we shift the fish into a baking dish, previously oiled.
  3. Mix the egg with milk and salt and pour this mixture fish.
  4. Grate the cheese and sprinkle the fish with grated cheese, adding some mayonnaise. Sprinkle fish on top with ground breadcrumbs.
  5. Bake fish in the oven at 180 degrees until fully cooked about 30-40 minutes.
