Ingredients for the recipe:
- 900 gr. thick fish fillet or steaks (halibut, cod or salmon)
- 4 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp. finely chopped onions

- 2 tsp chopped garlic
- 2 tsp chopped ginger
- 1 tsp chopped green chili peppers (serrano, thai or jalapenos)

Spice Sauce:
- 1/2 tbsp. canned unsweetened coconut milk
- 6 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp ground red cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds (crush in a mortar and pestle until getting large pieces)
- 1 and 1/4 tsp salt
