Escalope – slices of sirloin of pork or beef, slightly beaten, fried in a pan or baked in the oven. Special tasty and juicy escalope turns out if you cook it at home from pork loin in the oven under mayonnaise and cheese. On the side dish you can make baked vegetables – zucchini and eggplant.

  1. Slightly beat off the pieces of pork loin, sprinkle with salt and ground pepper. We spread the prepared pork in a baking dish paper or greased baking sheet.

  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and grated cheese (2 tbsp), chop onion half rings. Put the onion into pieces and grease with mayonnaise a mixture. We send the escalope to the preheated oven at 190 degrees on 30 minutes.

  3. Then we take out the pork, generously sprinkle with grated cheese and bake another 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden crust.

  4. We take out the ready-made fragrant escalope and serve it hot with your beloved garnish.
