  1. Wash slices of pork loin, dry with paper towels, sprinkle on 2 sides with salt and ground pepper. We spread the prepared loin on a greased baking sheet and evenly distribute sour cream on top.

  2. Lightly and yellow cheese grate coarsely, mix and spread in equal portions to pieces of pork. We send a baking sheet with Escalope into a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

  3. We take out the ready-made fragrant escalope under the cheese and serve it hot with vegetable side dish and fresh bread. Pork can be optional add to any spices and herbs to taste, and sour cream – replace for mayonnaise.
