  1. Slices of my pork loin, sprinkle with salt, ground pepper, send to hot oil and fry from 2 sides for 3-4 minutes, until they turn red. We set the oven to 190 degrees.

  2. Cut the peeled potatoes into circles, hard cheese coarsely rub (for beauty, you can take the yellow Cheddar cheese). In a bowl mix milk, cream, dried parsley, ground pepper and salt (1 pinch).

  3. Put half of the prepared potatoes in a mold, salt, sprinkle with cheese a little and place the fried slices on top pork.

  4. Cover with the rest of the potatoes, pour the creamy mixture, cover with foil and put in the oven for 1 hour.

  5. After 1 hour, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 30 minutes. We take out the finished baked escalope, put it on the plates, add potatoes, pour sauce and serve immediately.
