  1. Free the carcass of the duck from giblets (if any), cut off the excess fat and rinse thoroughly. Dry the prepared duck with paper with towels outside, inside and pierce the skin on the breast with a toothpick or skewer (over the entire surface) so that when baking fat completely flooded and saturated meat.

  4. After 45 minutes, increase the temperature to 220 degrees, remove foil and bake a fragrant duck for another 30 minutes. Then increase temperature to 250 degrees and bake for 15 minutes until the skin covered with a crispy brown crust.

  5. We take out a juicy fragrant duck with apples, let stand 10 minutes, shift to a serving dish and serve on a festive table. Duck fat, which was formed at the bottom of the pan, drain into jar and use for frying vegetables.
