  1. We wash the duck legs, soak them in paper towels, rub with salt and ground pepper. We set the oven to 190 degrees.

  2. Put the prepared legs in the form, add around peeled cloves of garlic, on top of a sprig of thyme, pour the wine, water (100 ml.), cover with foil and put in the oven for 90 minutes.

  3. 25 minutes before cooking, remove the foil and bake until fragrant legs are not covered with a brown crust.

  4. We take out the juicy duck legs and immediately serve. Duck legs can be seasoned with any spices and herbs to taste.
