  1. It’s good to clean the fish from scales, cut off the fins, gut it, rinse, dry. Grate with pepper and salt. Put a pair in the abdomen lemon slices and a sprig of greens.
  2. Grease parchment with oil, put fish there, wrap and send to the oven for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
