  1. Cut the lemon into small slices. We wash the chum pieces saturate with paper towels, sprinkle with salt, paprika, ground pepper and spread in a form pre-greased vegetable oil.

  2. Spread the prepared lemon slices evenly on top chum and put in the oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes (depending on thickness of fish).

  3. We take out the finished fragrant chum salmon and immediately serve with your beloved garnish and light vegetable salads.
