  1. Cut the peeled onions with feathers and send to the bottom of the form. AT put a bowl of chopped potatoes into cobs, large chopped carrots, sprinkle with salt, dried parsley (1 tablespoon), pour oil and mix.

  2. We spread the vegetables on the onion in a mold. We put the oven at 200 degrees.

  3. We wash the chicken carcass, dry it, cut it in the back into two halves and open.

  4. Sprinkle the prepared chicken with Provencal herbs, dried parsley, salt and ground pepper.

  5. Push the vegetables in the shape along the edges, place the chicken in the middle, cover with foil and put in the oven for 90 minutes. 30 minutes before remove the foil.

  6. We take out the fragrant juicy chicken with a vegetable side dish and immediately serve on the table.
