  1. Wash my chicken thighs and wipe with a paper towel.
  2. We make marinade, mixing soy and pomegranate sauces, vegetable oil, paprika, tomato paste, mustard, curry, salt and pepper. Mix all the spices thoroughly.
  3. With the resulting marinating mixture, grease the chicken thoroughly meat from all sides. Leave for 20-30 minutes to chicken soaked in marinade.
  4. Wash the potatoes, peel them, cut them into thin plates and lay them layer by layer in a baking dish.
  5. Peel onions, garlic and chop them. Onion half rings put on the potatoes. Sprinkle with garlic, pepper.
  6. Spread the pickled chicken thighs.
  7. Close the foil baking dish. Put in the oven at 60 minutes. The baking temperature is 180 degrees.
  8. Then remove the foil and send the chicken and potatoes to the oven for another 15 minutes.
  9. Let the finished dish cool slightly, decorate with chopped herbs and we carry to the table.
