  1. We wash the chicken thighs and dry them with a paper towel.
  2. Making a marinade, mixing classic unsweetened yogurt with with a little soy sauce, add paprika, freshly ground pepper and seasoning for chicken (you can take curry). Stir.
  3. Coat chicken thighs with marinade on all sides, put in a container, cover with a lid or tighten food film and put in the fridge to marinate for the whole night.
  4. After time, we put the chicken in a heat-resistant form, pour on top with yogurt marinade and bake in advance a hot oven at 180-190 degrees for about 50 minutes.
  5. 5 minutes before ready, you can turn on the blow function (or air grill) for a golden, tanned crust. We check readiness with a toothpick or knife, slightly piercing the meat: if it doesn’t bleed, but emits clear juice, then the chicken fried. You can serve, beautifully decorated with greens, for example, basil leaves or parsley.
