- Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
- My chicken breast fillet and absorb excess moisture with paper with a towel. Cut in half. Get 4 thick layers of meat. Put in a plastic bag or wrap in cling film and beat off on both sides so that the meat is not torn.

- We wrap the foil so that the layers of meat do not move. Roll tightly wrap chicken and cheese in another sheet of foil.
- Put in a refractory dish and put in the oven bake 40-50 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees.
- We get the finished roll, cool a little. After that carefully remove the foil and cut the roll into slices of small thickness.
