  1. For marinade, mix yogurt with lemon juice squeezed through the garlic press. Extract seeds from chili, chop finely, add to yogurt. Mix everything and salt.
  2. For breading, mix crackers with curry powder, mustard, paprika, salt and ground red pepper.
  3. Wash the chicken drumsticks, remove the skin from them and dry. Meticulously mix with marinade. Marinate for about 6 hours.
  4. Then we take the legs out of the marinade and dip it with it breading on all sides.
  5. After breading, place the drumstick on a baking sheet lined parchment and copiously oiled.
  6. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees to golden light brown color.
