Chicken legs or drumsticks are fried either on the charcoal grill, which will give them a special flavor and unique impregnation smoke, or cook at home in the oven on the grill or in the form for baking. Chicken legs with feta cheese are obtained with delicious crisp. You can serve with ketchup or adjika.

  1. We grate hard cheese. We clean and garlic grind (you can use a garlic squeezer).
  2. Knead cheese. Mix grated cheese, feta cheese and chopped garlic with mayonnaise. The resulting mixture is pepper.
  3. Chicken legs (or drumsticks) wash and absorb excess moisture paper towel. The skin is gently shifted.
  4. We put the cooked cheese-garlic mixture on the meat. Skin shift back. It can be fixed with wooden toothpicks if necessary. Chicken legs on top can be salted and pepper over to taste.
  5. Put the legs (or drumsticks) on the grill in the oven and set down a dripping pan for dripping fat. You can bake in heat-resistant oiled dishes. But the best option is to bake on charcoal grill. From time to time legs (or legs) turn over for even frying.
  6. Remove the toothpicks from the baked legs.
