We wash the chicken legs and cut into legs and hips, send to a bowl.

In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, chopped lemon juice garlic, chopped parsley, coriander, turmeric, ground pepper and salt (1 pinch) and pour the aromatic mixture onto the chicken.

Mix well by hand so that all parts are covered, cover with a film and cool for at least 1 hour.

After 1 hour, we pickle the marinated chicken thighs and legs with sauce in the form, cover with foil and put in the oven at 250 degrees for 20 minutes. Then remove the foil, reduce the temperature to 220 degrees and bake another 20 minutes.
