  1. Wash my chicken fillet in a container.
  2. Add soy sauce, mustard, lemon juice, spices and salt.
  3. Peel and chop the garlic. Add to the filet.
  4. Mix everything and pickle for 2 hours.
  5. Put the marinated fillet in a baking sleeve, tie and make a hole in the sleeve with a toothpick.
  6. We send to bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees on 30 minutes.
