  1. We wash the chicken fillet, clean from fat and films.
  2. Peel the garlic. Finely chop one clove, cut 3 cloves into records.
  3. In the chicken fillet we make incisions. Salt and pepper to taste add soy sauce (2 tbsp. l.), put in each cut a plate of garlic.
  4. We spread the chicken fillet in a container and pour milk. Close the lid and send to the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, chopped herbs, chopped garlic, turmeric, salt, mustard and a tablespoon of soy sauce. Everything mix.
  6. My bell pepper, clear of the stalk and seeds. Chopped large straws.
  7. We spread the chicken fillet in a baking dish, in each cut put on a straw of bell pepper. Fill everything with sour cream a mixture.
  8. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees 40 minutes.
  9. We get the baked fillet and sprinkle with grated cheese. We send bake for another 5-10 minutes.
  10. Serve the finished breast with buckwheat, rice, potatoes or vegetables.
