  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °.
  2. Dice zucchini, garlic, pass through a press.
  3. Divide cauliflower into inflorescences. If using frozen cauliflower, then thaw it first if fresh, then pre-weld it for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Champignons, if large, cut in half.
  5. Put all the vegetables in a bowl, season 2 tbsp of olive oils, salt, pepper to taste, add provencal herbs, parsley and juice 1-2 slices of lemon, to taste. Mix well.
  6. Put the vegetables in a baking dish and put in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.
