- Rinse the cabbage, cut off the leg and excess leaves. Oven warm up to 220 degrees.
- Salt cabbage, pepper, grease with vegetable oil and send to bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
- While cabbage is preparing, mix in a bowl the lemon juice, olive oil, caraway seeds, red pepper and mustard.
- Grease the ready-made cabbage with marinade and leave for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro.
