- Clean the carp from the scales, gut and rinse under running water. Pat with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- Rub the fish with salt, fish spices and lemon juice, leave marinate for 15 minutes.
- While the carp is pickled, take care of the vegetables. Chop carrots slices, onions – half rings, tomatoes – slices, cut olives into halves.
- Lay a sheet of foil on a baking sheet and make small sides.
- Lubricate the foil with vegetable oil and put on it pickled carp. Put some carrots inside the carp, onions and olives. Around the fish, lay out all the remaining vegetables and salt them to your liking. Close the fish and vegetables with a second sheet of foil and close the edges as shown in the video.
- Place the pan in preheated to 180 degrees oven for 40 minutes.
- As time passes, remove the pan with fish from the oven, remove the top sheet of foil. Lubricate the fish with sour cream and put back to the oven for another 10 minutes. Delicious baked Carp with vegetables is ready. Enjoy your meal.
