  • 700 gr. ground beef
  • 250 gr cappellini pasta or thin spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp. grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp. grated cheese monterey jack or any semi-hard cheese
  • 2 tbsp. canned diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 tbsp. diced onions
  • 1/2 tbsp. diced green bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp. tomato sauce or ketchup
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chop
  • 1/4 Art. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1.5 tsp italian seasoning
  • Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers
  • 1/4 Art. l garlic powder
  • 1.5 tsp salt with spices
  • 1.5 tsp Sahara
  • 2 bay leaves

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Cook the tomato sauce in a saucepan: bring to a boil tomatoes, tomato sauce, 1 cup water, onions, sweet pepper, garlic, parsley, Italian seasonings, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 h. l freshly ground pepper, garlic powder, salt with spices, sugar and bay leaves. Reduce heat and simmer over low heat with the closed lid for 1 hour.
  3. Prepare minced meat: put minced meat in a pan and fry over medium heat, kneading with a wooden spatula, until readiness. Transfer minced meat to a saucepan and continue to simmer another 20 minutes
  4. Meanwhile, cook the cappellini: in a saucepan, bring to boiling salted water. Add the cappellini and cook as much as indicated on the packaging, then drain the water.
  5. Put in a baking dish one third of the sauce. Above – half the cappellini, then 1/3 of the cheddar cheese and Monterey jack. Continue laying out layers in the same sequence, completing the last layer of sauce. Put in the oven and bake for 35 minutes. For 5 minutes until ready to sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
