Baked boiled pork in citrus marinade

You can cook a delicious pork ham at home holiday, if you pre-marinate it overnight in juice orange, lemon and lime with onions, garlic, caraway and oregano. Incredibly fragrant will make citrus meat marinade.

  1. We wash the pork leg and, in order to give shape, we season in a grid for meat or we tie a culinary twine.

  2. Squeeze juice from lemon, lime and orange into a bowl by adding chopped onion, chopped garlic, cumin, ground pepper, salt and oregano (you can take fresh leaves). Good mix the marinade.

  3. Put the prepared pork ham in the container, water it aromatic marinade, cover and cool for at least 3 hours, better leave overnight.

  4. Put the marinated ham on a baking sheet, water it to everyone marinade (place onions nearby) and send to the oven at 170 degrees for 1.5 hours.

  5. We take out the juicy boiled pork, let it stand for 5 minutes, chop and serve with your favorite side dish and vegetable salad.
