  • 1/2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 6-8 bay leaves

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Put sliced pork on a sheet of thick aluminum foil on a baking sheet. Grate meat with salt and pepper. In a small bowl, mix the hot sauce, vinegar and vegetable oil. Lubricate the pork on both sides with this mixture. Use plastic or rubber gloves to process pepper, and protect your eyes and nose from its smell. Chop the pepper and lay it and bay leaves on the surface of the pork slices. Wrap the meat in foil by tightly twisting the seams. Bake in the oven over low heat until soft, about 2 hours (or open fire).
